What's included in the free trial?

Every new account starts with a 1-month free trial of Base: Sales and Partner playbooks, up to 20 calls per user a month, Sales Methodology, Tasks, Triggers and CRM Integration. No credit card required.

What happens when my trial ends?

Unless you upgrade, your account moves to the Free plan. You keep your Sales playbook, and it keeps learning from up to 5 calls a month for one user.

What counts as a call?

Any external call Breakthrough learns from, whether it comes from your note taker, the Chrome extension or a pasted transcript. Internal meetings are tagged automatically and don't count toward your limit.

What if my team needs more than 20 calls per user a month?

Talk to us. Larger call packages are available.

Will Breakthrough save me money on token costs?

It should. When your AI tools and agents work from raw transcripts and notes, they re-read the same calls on every request, and the bill grows with every agent you add. Breakthrough distills each call once, on our side and included in your plan, then gives Claude, ChatGPT and your agents only the playbook sections and account context a task needs. Each request uses a fraction of the tokens, whether you pay per token through the API or work within your plan's usage limits.
